All rooms have TV points and there are three TVs, one 20" in the living room and two 14" portables. All have Teletext and remote controls and two have VCRs.

All rooms have telephone sockets (standard BT line).  There is a cordless phone with two handsets which also provide an intercom facility. and which can be used for both incoming and outgoing calls.  Guests are welcome to use laptops with Internet connections.  Telephone usage is charged at cost (standard BT rates).

Booking periods and prices per week - spring/summer/autumn 2006

These are Saturday to Saturday prices - however please note that weekend breaks, midweek breaks and other periods are usually possible outside the main season.  We do not work with agencies so can be very flexible about dates and timings.

Weekend or midweek break prices are normally 70% of the full week price shown above.

Our prices include all electricity, gas, central heating and hot water, freshly laundered sheets, duvets and pillowcases, bath and hand towels, use of three TVs as well as all the little incidentals such as the dishwasher and laundry tablets.

Complimentary Guest Membership of the neighbouring Motcombe Park Sports Club with its 25m swimming pool, sauna, all-weather tennis courts, squash and badminton is included in these tariffs.  It is just 10 minutes walk or two minutes in a car.

This centre has been hugely popular with many of our guests to date.
